· Help the expatriates for their housing in Shanghai.
· Provide Orientation, House Inspection, Agreement Signature and relevant After Sales Service.
Requirement:
· Fluent in English listening, reading, writing and speaking, strong language communication ability.
· Like to and not afraid to work directly with Western Expatriates.
· Industrious on work, hold strong team-work spirit.
· Give priority to those who worked in service apartments or four-star plus level Hotels before.
· Active, strong sense of responsibility is preferred.
· Can operate WORD, EXCEL.
· No need to look for new clients yourself.
Senior Real Estate Agent
Responsibility:
· Help the high title expatriates in big companies for their housing in Shanghai.
· Provide Orientation, House Inspection, Agreement Signature and relevant After Sales Service.
· Have the Responsibility to support BD to win and maintain Corporate Customers.
Requirement:
· Good look and temperament.
· 2 or more than 2 years’ relevant working experience.
· Master in Shanghai Top level apartment leasing market. Has the ability to forecast and evaluate the market in the future.
· Excellent Chinese and English Communication Skill.
· Has the ability to manage and training people. Able to endure work pressure.
Business Development
Responsibility:
· Sales Call.
· Present our Corporate Residential Services to the HR Department or Admin Department in multinational corporation companies.
· Have the ability to get potential Individual or Corporate Customers.
Requirement:
· Good looking.
· Skilled communication is a must.
· Skilled English Speaking and Writing.
· Familiar with the Top Level Residences in Shanghai is preferred.
· Can operate WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT.
Senior Business Development
Responsibility:
· Sales Call.
· Present our Corporate Residential Services to the HR Department or Admin Department in multinational corporation companies.
· Have the ability to lead the whole team to get potential Corporate Customers.
Requirement:
· Good looking.
· 1 or 2 years’ working experience at Business Development.
· Skilled communication is a must.
· Skilled English Speaking and Writing is a must.
· Familiar with the Top Level Residences in Shanghai is preferred.
· Can operate with WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT.
· Can work under heavy working pressure.
Property Resource Management
Responsibility:
· Search properties and updated property resource termly.
Requirement:
· Good profession attitude.
· Can operate WORD EXCEL.
· Skilled English Speaking and Writing.
· Familiar Shanghai high level properties is preferred.
After Sale Service Department
Responsibility:
· Take care of expatriates’ Check in, Check out, Visa Application, Finance Management etc.
Requirement:
· Skilled communication is a must.
· Strong sense of responsibility, good profession attitude.
· Can operate WORD EXCEL.
· Skilled English Speaking and Writing.
