Visa, Residence Permit and Health Check

Services:	If requested,we escort the client or act on his/her behalf in obtaining the necessary visa,residence permit and health check. The escorting service includes transportation and a post-health-check breakfast.

Check-in

Services:	We check the property and ensure that the facilities and furniture are in workable condition before move-in. We take photos of all the defects for filing purposes. We check the gas,water,and electricity meters and provide a list of furniture and appliances.
Charge:	RMB 1000.00

Check-out

Services:	Before move-out, We check the property to ensure that the facilities and furniture are complete and in the same workable condition as they were at the time of move-in. We check the gas, water, electricity meters, telephone and broadband bill and ensure that the bills has been duly paid.
