While a conventional property agency usually put all their services into a single service package, we separate the package into individual services, with the charge for each service clearly marked in a menu style for the client to choose from. The menu style, in the nature of transparent pricing, offers more flexible and cost-saving options for the client.

The MSS is designed for those who knows well about the city they live in, who knows well about what property to search for , who are able to find the right property on their own, but who do not know much about how to complete a transaction safely due to lack of the knowledge about relevant laws and regulations. It is also for those who have language or other communications barriers with the people they want to trade with.

What is the difference between the MSS and the conventional property agency service?

The MSS offers specific services to specific needs with significant improvement in the quality of each service. Among all the services, the Contract Handling Service is especially a money-saving option for the trading parties.

What is included in the MSS for buying and selling?

Current services include Pre-contract Handling, Contract Handling, Ownership Transfer, Mortgage Counseling, Mortgage Pay-off Counseling, Certificate Collection, Property Handover. More about service and fee

Can I select more than one service from the menu?

Of course. All you need to do is tick the services you need and submit the complete form.

Can I pay the service charge after the service finished?
A:
Yes, but you should pay a certain amount in advance, usually 50% of the total. You can pay the remaining after the service is done. In the case of urgent visa application, we may not charge until the service is done.
Q:
When I have submitted the MSS form, How long shall I wait before I can receive a reply?
A:
Usually you will receive a reply from us within a working day. In urgent case, you can contact us by telephone or E-mail so that we can respond to you more quickly.
Q:
How many schools can I visit for a one-day school orientation?
A:
Usually you can visit 4-6 schools depending on how much time you spend on each one.
Q:
Shall I still pay for the Contract Counseling service if I have chosen to use it but finally have failed to reach the agreement with the lessor?
A:
First of all, we promise our service to be of high quality and high efficiency. We only take responsibility for losses owing to our mistakes. Usually we will request to receive 50% of the total amount before we render the service and to receive the remaining amount after the service is rendered. The received service fee is non-refundable if the service is suspended or terminated due to the mistakes or errors by the client. The client may take action against the delinquent party on the basis of the agreement.
Q:
How long does it take to complete the health check and obtain the work permit residence permit health heck?
A:
Health check takes 5 working days,work permit 7 working days and residence permit 5 working days. There may be extra charge for urgent cases.
