What does Lessor/Seller Reward mean?
A:
Lessor/Seller reward means that the lessor/seller, for the purpose of promoting his property for rent or sale, offers a reward to the renter or buyer, It is a kind of promotional measure.

Why the Lessor/Seller will offer the Reward?
A:
Offering reward will increase the chance of the property being rented or sold. It helps the lessor/seller financially . It is mutually beneficial to both the lessor/seller and lessee/buyer.
Q:
Will the offering of reward increase the cost for the lessor/seller?
A:
Cost of trading will be significantly reduced by using our menu style service. The lessor seller may take a part from the money thus saved and offer it as a reward. Therefore, it will not increase the cost for him/her.
For example, Mr wang owns a flat in Gubei Area asking for USD3000.- for monthly rental. If Mr Wang use a conventional property agent, it will take approx 1.5 months to find the renter and the agent will charge him 70%-100% of the monthly rental as agent fee. Now Mr Wang chooses to list his property on our web site and offer USD1000 to the renter as the lessor reward. Within a week he will find the renter and will not need to pay for any agent fee. As he chooses to use the Contract Handling service in our menu, he will only pay USD 1600.- for the selected service.

How to get Lessor/Seller Reward?

Both parties may put the term of Lessor/Seller into the contract at the time of contract. The reward can be offered in the form of cash payment, discounted rental/trading price or something material.

A:
To find properties with lessor/seller reward, all you need to do is use the Advanced Search feature and select “ properties with Lessor/Seller Reward preferred”.
